How to check Coretax BPPU / PPh 23 XML errors

LolosXML checks supported BPPU/PPh 23 Excel and XML files before you use the result in your own filing workflow. It reports technical problems in rows, identifiers and document structure. A successful check is not proof that DJP will accept a file or that the underlying tax treatment is correct.
Which file should I upload?
Use the supported official DJP BPPU v3 Excel template (.xlsx) or BPPU/PPh 23 XML, up to 5 MB. Keep the template structure intact. PDFs, screenshots, PPh 21 and VAT/e-Faktur files are outside this checker’s scope.
- Keep an unchanged copy of your source file.
- Store identifiers as text in Excel. Check that leading zeroes have not disappeared and that Excel has not converted an identifier into scientific notation.
- Check the tax period, object code, source amounts and document dates against your own records.
- Upload the file and read the free preview. Correct missing or contradictory source information in your original file.
- Review the final result yourself before uploading anything to Coretax. LolosXML does not log into the portal or submit a filing for you.
What do the checks mean?

| NPWP / NITKU format | Missing fields, unexpected lengths or characters. A format check does not verify a taxpayer against a government database. |
| Tax period and object code | Unsupported or inconsistent entries. Review the original transaction; the service must not guess the correct tax category. |
| Numbers and rates | Decimal separators, readable amounts and the supported validation rules. Review flagged values against your source documents. |
| Documents and duplicates | Required document fields and repeated records. Confirm whether repetition is intentional before removing a row. |
| XML structure | Malformed or unsupported structure. Rename neither a spreadsheet nor a PDF to .xml; changing an extension does not convert a file. |
Does “ready” mean accepted by Coretax?
No. It means the file passed the checks implemented in this version of LolosXML. A format validator cannot confirm the accuracy of your source records, government account details or every portal-side rule. Portal acceptance must be checked separately.
Will LolosXML fix every error automatically?
No. Supported, deterministic format corrections can be disclosed in the preview. Missing or ambiguous business information needs your review. The intended result package contains XML, a validation report and a manifest; a paid download is available only when checkout is enabled on the site.
How are files protected?
Source files and results are encrypted and automatically deleted within 24 hours. Do not send NPWP, NITKU, Coretax passwords, file contents or private download links to technical support.
